Returns & Exchanges

At Saudamini Handlooms we follow a strict returns and exchange policy. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on items once sold.
• Sarees may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to inspection and approval.
• Products purchased during any sale or promotional event cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
• While we make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions and pricing, occasional pricing, product information, or typographical errors may occur. In such an event, Saudamini Handlooms reserves the right to either contact you for further instructions or cancel the order and notify you accordingly.
• To help us assess any concern, an unboxing / opening video of the package and saree is mandatory and must be shared as proof.
• Exchanges or replacements will only be considered, after inspection, if the product arrives damaged, is different from the item ordered, or has missing components or pieces.
• All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.
