Saudamini Handlooms is the brand name of Saudamini Handloom LLP, the entity that operates this website.
1. Our products
Our sarees are handwoven by artisans across India. Most pieces are one-of-a-kind, and slight variations in colour, weave, motif, length, width and weight are inherent to handloom and are not defects. Product images are indicative; actual colours may vary with lighting, photography and screen settings. We also offer a curated range of powerloom sarees, clearly described on their product pages.
2. Pricing & product information
We make every effort to ensure accurate descriptions and pricing. However, occasional pricing, product information or typographical errors may occur. In such an event, Saudamini Handloom LLP reserves the right to contact you for further instructions or to cancel the order and notify you accordingly. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
3. Orders & payment
We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking and bank transfers through our secure payment gateway. Cash on Delivery is not available. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Shipping & delivery
Shipping charges, timelines and international terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Returns & exchanges
All sales are final and no refunds are offered. Eligible pieces may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, subject to inspection and approval, as detailed in our Returns & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms. An unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange claim.
6. Custom, bulk & bridal orders
Custom, bulk and bridal orders are accepted by prior arrangement and advance booking, and may be subject to separate timelines and terms communicated at the time of booking.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including images, text, logos and designs — is the property of Saudamini Handloom LLP and may not be used or reproduced without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saudamini Handloom LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
